1. The machine is compact design for easy installation & operation and low maintenance required.
2. The maximum pressure of foot pedal can reach up to 400KGS so as to meet most operating conditions
3. Output power can be akjusted at the tuner according to electrode size and material thickness.
4. Equipped with start & stop buttons on both sides which allows the operator to use the machine on two sides.
5. The direction of the electrode holder can be 90 degree turned for increased flexibility.
6. The overload relay functions automtically to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier.
7. Equipped with anti-spark device which is able to cut high frequency immediately to suppress arcs and minimize damage to electrodes and materials when sparks occurs
8. Quick change tooling capable -- reduces downtime during tooling(electrode) changeover for difference applications.
9. Solid-steel structure design can last for multiple decades.
10. Imported components, stable performance, CE certificate
(1). Before using the machine, the HF Switch is OFF.(HF Switch is a twist switch)
(2). Press the foot pedal to bring down the upper electrode, the operator foot remains pressed on the foot pedal.
(3). Twist HF Switch to ON. (4). Push Start Button to start welding. (5). When the welding time expires, the operator foot releases the foot pedal, and the upper electrode goes up. (6). Question: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 1-3 days for standardized machinery. 7-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Question:What about your warranty?
A:Our warranty is 1 year, all machine part can be replaced for free within 1 year if broken(not including man made).
Question: How to order the machine?
1. Confirm the machine model and other terms by email/whatsApp/Skype.
2.We accept payment T/T or L/C terms
3.Delivery by sea or air.

Question: How do we pack the machine?
1.The machine will be packed with strong plywood case(export standard, no need additional fumigation)
2.Fragile parts will be seperately packed with cushion packing material

1.Most machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to be a complete machine; You can start the operation with connect power and air compressor.
2.For other cases, videos and manul book will be sent for the installation.
3.Parameters will be set up before delivery. Customer will do little adjustment.

We make mould/die up to the products. We will need samples or drawings to be sent for making moulds.
