Vacuum forming machine
We have Semi-automatic model DR-61B, this machine is small size and cheap price, which is suitable for small factory or customer who is a new in this field.


DR-56 H is our samll automatic type vacuum forming machine, this machine have bigger forming area than DR- 61B. It's forming length is adjustable so it can save material and energy. It is automatic material feeding, forming, cutting, the whole process completedly automatcally. Compared with DR-71 H, the price is lower, so we call it economical type auto vacuum forming machine



DR-71H is our most advanced vacuum forming machine. The forming length & width is adjustable, so it save material and engery mostly among these three type. Equipped with the biggest forming area, it is the fastest forming machine.





Cutting Machine
Its function is to cut the whole plate formed blisters into individual. We have two types cutting machine
(1) Machnical type cutting machine



(2) Four Column Hydraulin Cutting Machine. 30 Tons hydraulic cutting machine is the most recommended.



Thermal Sealing machine (Heating by Pulse)
Function: this type machine is for PVC blister (PET) + Paper card sealing only

Function: high frequency welding machine can do the PVC +PVC sealing Cutting, PET+PET, also PVC +Paper cut. More widely application, but speed is lower than thermal sealing machine
