Compared with the traditional ultrasonic welding machine need frequency checking, while it is not a easy job for some new user. Now, Danrel’s new ultrasonic welding machine no need frequency checking/tuning any more, the machine itself can detect the frequency of different ultrasonic horn
 
(2) Automatic energy compensation (when voltage and air pressure is not stable)
This feature is aim to achieve a stable welding, wo guarantee equal welding energy for each work-piece

(3) Fast singal transmission, fast welding
The great improvement compared with the traditional welder ultrasonic

(4) Max Power can be 3000 W
More strong welder with bigger power. Customers no need to choose 15 Khz ultrasonic welding machine for plastic welding. 15 Khz welder usually generates loud noise.
