Blister Packing Machine also known as thermal sealing machine, this machine uses thermal heat to seal the plastic blister tray with paper card. In the sealing process, pressure is applied to the sealing area. Heat is created by pulsing energy through the heating element inside the sealing moulds for the duration of the weld. After a set seal time is completed, there is a slight cool down cycle, helping eliminate deforms. Capable of sealing multiple trays at the same time, suitable for high cadences and short cycle times production needs.

1. Capable of sealing clamshells up to 380*600MM, or multiple smaller parts, customization offered.
2. Automatic chain conveying with 12 working stations for high speed continuous manufacturing.
